Refund Policy
This policy is designed to keep digital delivery automated while keeping service scope clear.
Digital products
Automation Starter Kit and Workflow Ops Vault purchases are delivered immediately after checkout. Because files are accessible immediately, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable.
Audits and sprints
If work has not started, request cancellation by email. Once an audit or sprint has started, refunds are handled case by case based on completed work and agreed scope.
Support
If a checkout, download token, or file access issue occurs, email support within 7 days and include the checkout email and offer purchased.
Disputes
Contact support before opening a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed and resolved directly when possible.
